Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. Payment will be debited from your account upon placement of your order.

4. Delivery
Delivery options and costs are detailed on our website. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, but delays can occur. We are not liable for any delays outside our control.

Risk of loss and damage for products passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Please note that this does not apply to goods that are made to your specification, personalized, or clearly personalized, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

To cancel your order, please notify us in writing. Upon cancellation, you must return the products to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your cancellation.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods and will include standard delivery costs. We are unable to refund enhanced or express delivery charges.
