Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your item(s) to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order free of charge if we have not yet processed it for dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it to us after you receive it.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
